Sophia is the founder of Santa Cruz Rooted Reiki and is a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner. With her passion for spirituality and healing starting at 16 years old, she believes that all healing starts from the heart. Sophia has been practicing her own style of energy work for over 10 years, and was initiated into the Reiki Usui lineage in 2024. Aside from energy healing and meditation, her love for music, dance, women’s work and tantra take up her time. A lover of nature and slow living, Sophia runs Santa Cruz Rooted Reiki out of her yurt in the Aptos mountains.
